6269 E Rosewood St 08-22-25 Prop Maint Closed - Resolved Dump - In Early July, The Tenants At This Residence Started Dumping Items In The Alley (One Picture Of Items Attached). I Tolerated The Immense Amount Of Garbage For Over Two Months, As Our Neighborhood Was Scheduled For Brush And Bulky Pickup The Week Of August 18. The Brush And Bulky Crew Arrived On Tuesday, August 19. I Was Talking With One Of The Workers Who Said They Should Be Able To Clean It All Out. Although They Did A Remarkable Job Taking Items That I'M Sure Did Not Meet The Brush And Bulky Standards, They Were Not Able To Take A Large Sheet Of Glass And A Large Pile Of Broken Ceramic Floor Tiles. The Tiles Have Sharp Corners And Are Sliding Into The Alley, Potentially Puncturing Tires Of Residence And City Vehicles That Use The Alley. I'Ve Attached Two Pictures Of What Currently Remains In The Alley. Thank You For Your Assistance In Getting This Cleaned Up. (8/27 Constituent Reached Out, Wrong Address Was Provided.
