Permits Are Required For Any Repairs/Replacement To The Unit. The Below Unit, 1108, Had Water Intrusion To The Ceiling And Electrical Devices, Including Water In The Interior Breaker Box. There Was Bubbling Paint To The Ceiling Of The Kitchen And Water Damage To The Units Flooring Through Out. Victor (Palomar Apts Staff) Had Cut Off All Breakers In The Interior Box. Unit 1108 Is Condemned And Unfit To Occupy. A License Contractor Will Have To Review The Electrical System. Permits Are Required For All Repairs Or Replacement To The Unit. The Below Unit, 1107, Sustained Heavy Water Damage To The Ceiling And Flooring. Unit 1107 Is Condemned And Unfit To Occupy. A Licensed Contractor Will Have To Review The Electrical System. Permits Are Required For All Repairs Or Replacement To The Unit. Steam Smart Pro Was On Site Extracting Water From Unit The Units. Tep Booted The Meters To Units 1208, 1108, And 1107.
