2618 E Blanton Dr 12-11-25 Other Prop Maint Closed - Unfounded Pmmult: The Neighbor At 2618 E Blanton Has For At Least The Last 25 Years Created Hazards And Blockages To The Easement. There Were Times When There Was A Deep Trench Covered With Leaves And Branches To Disguise It That Would Damage Any Axle. She Has Place A Board With Nails Across The Path, And Used Enormous Boulders To Block Passage. Utility Trucks And All Neighbors Needing To Access The Back Of Their Property Are Unable To Get Through That Way, Or Worse Would Damage Their Vehicle. Historically There Have Been Severe Water Main Breaks That Need Addressing (That Is Being Fixed Now), And All The Trucks Have Had To Go Around Through The West Entrance Off Tucson Blvd To Get Through And Then Either Back-Up Or Use Other Properties To Turn Around. If Someone On The West Side Decided To Behave Similarly, There Would Be No Access. She Has Somehow Managed To Cow Everyone Into Letting Her Do This, But The Telephone Poles Pretty Much Dictate Where The Easement Needs To Be And It Is Right Where The Huge Stones Are Right Now.
